 1.     Chief Tunde Salami (Chairman)- Chief Tunde Salami is a graduate of Social Science from the prestigious Manchester University, United Kingdom. On his return to Nigeria, Chief Salami started his professional career at Wema Bank where he rose to become Head, Corporate Banking. He left WEMA Bank to join Gateway Bank as the Regional Manager (West). Chief Salami retired as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of Gateway Bank, to establish LASAL International Nigeria Limited with vast interest and investment in the Tourism Sector.

2.     Mr. Ayodeji Salami (MD/CEO)- Mr. Ayodeji Salami is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the Lagos State Polytechnic as well as an MBA degree holder in Marketing Management from the Lagos State University. He started his career at Sun Environmental Company as Sales Coordinator from where he left as the Sales Manager to join DHL International Nigeria Ltd as a Senior Sales Executive. Mr. Salami voluntarily retired as a Divisional Manager in DHL International Nigeria Ltd to stir the ship of HAYPLUS Nigeria Ltd. A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing, Mr. Salami is happily married with children.

3.     Dr. Akin Olowokere (Member)- Dr. Akin Olowokere, a retired naval officer, is the Chairman of Zion Services Nigeria Ltd. An accomplished and highly successful business entrepreneur, Dr. Olowokere's business conglomerate includes Construction, Hospitality and Education. He is happily married with children.                      

4.     Mrs. Abimbola Salami (Member)- Mrs. Abimbola Salami is an HND graduate (Secretary Administration) of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, from where she started her professional career at ELF Oil Nigeria Ltd. (now Total Nigeria Ltd.) After over 12 years of meritorious service to Total Nigeria Ltd., she voluntary retired as the Secretary to the Regional Manager, (North), to pursue her private business. Mrs. Salami is a member, Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria. The wealth of Mrs. Salami’s experience has been highly valuable to the board and management of HAYPLUS Nigeria Ltd.

5.     Barrister (Mrs.) Bukola Ajao (Company Secretary)- Barrister (Mrs.) Bukola Ajao is a Law graduate of the University of Jos and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1994. Barrister Ajao stared her career as a Junior Counsel in J.B. Daudu Chambers from where She moved over to Dipo Onifade & Co where she retired as a Senior Counsel to pursue her private practice. A member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Kaduna Branch, Financial Secretary Federation of Women Lawyer (FIDA) Kaduna Chapter, Barrister Ajao is currently the Principal Solicitor, Bukola Ajao & Co.
